Kforce has a client that is looking for a Remote Sitecore XM Cloud/Vercel Architect that will work with an Innovations and Digital Transformation team to transform the Customer experience. Candidates are required to work east coast hours and partner with the UK. Responsibilities: * Be a trusted advisor and be a technical authority on Sitecore XM Cloud & Vercel platforms, staying updated on the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform features * Oversee the resolution of break-fix issues related to the Sitecore platform, ensuring timely and effective solutions * Review and ensure major architectural designs are consistent, maintainable, flexible, and cost-effective * Oversee the development, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of Sitecore XM Cloud applications * Oversee releases, provide hands-on development support / guide the team in troubleshooting and problem-solving * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting system performance * Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements for small enhancements and improvements ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations and alignment with overall global tech stack vision * Ensure knowledge transfer from implementation vendors to the company and document best practices for Sitecore development & release processes * Maintain collaborative and strategic partnerships between 3rd party partners/vendors, customers, and technology teams * Participate in technical decisions and provide technical coaching, helping tech leads to help define and prioritize engineering roadmap * Provide level 2 and/or level 3 production support as needed * Lead and manage a team of Sitecore developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment * Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring continuous skill development
