Responsible for writing and maintaining source code creating and maintaining software applications and applying frameworks involved in software releases. Duties include computer programming documenting managing configuration testing and bug fixing involved in creating and maintaining applications and frameworks involved in a software release life cycle and resulting in a software product. Recommends and develops new technical solutions products and/or standards in support of functions strategy and operations. Develops solutions that are highly innovative and achieved through research and integration of best practices. Requires ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Works to convince others to accept areas view/current practices and agree/accept new concepts practices and approaches. Has in-depth understanding of technical principles theories concepts and their application across range of programs.

Requires Bachelors degree in a technical field and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience.Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance to begin support on this assignment.Experience with Microsoft 365 Power Developer components including Power Applications, Power BI and Power Automate.Experience working in a AGILE work environment and working on AGILE sprintsExperience working with database technology including dataverse, automated Excel sheets and MS AccessIdeally candidates will have experience with sharepointMust have soft skills and the ability to interact with customers and take requirements in for new SW development work. Must at least have communications skills in order to do this even if they dont have experience doing it. It would be nice to have certifications in technologies listed above.It would be nice to have some experience in documentation in some form in order to write user guides and similar documents.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $80.00/hr.
