Job Title: Systems Engineer Job Description As a Systems Engineer, you will work closely with customers to determine and analyze system requirements and functional allocations. You will ensure current and accurate documentation for engineering baselines, including requirements traceability and allocation. Additionally, you will coordinate with platform engineers to integrate products into platforms while maintaining a 'total system' perspective regarding the development and integration of products. Essential Skills + Experience with embedded software and communications systems. + Aviation communications and software systems experience. + Radio communications and embedded software experience. + Tech lead experience. + Experience in radio or aircraft communications software. + Interim Secret clearance or higher. + Experience with software systems, including analyzing requirements, real-time embedded systems, and customer-facing roles. + Experience with real-time software and radio communications.
