Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Network Engineer to work at one of our top clients that is a fortune 250 company. This person is going to be assisting with the network migrations of one acquired company into a parent company. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously while assisting with the team to integrate the network. This person will be required to travel at times to different facilities across the country to provide support. The company has Cisco routers and switches and ideally looking for someone with a CCNP. The ideal candidate will be self-independent while working with team members to assist in the network migrations. This person will be more focused on the security and firewalls of the environment. They have both Fortigate and Palo Alto firewalls. This role is roughly 70-85hr. Skills and Requirements 10 years experience if Cisco CCNP certified or 15 years experience if not certified.  Ready to travel up to 15% of the time within the US.  Previous experience in network migrations after corporate takeovers.  Strong knowledge in buildup and upkeep of LAN environments with Cisco 2960X, 3850, 9300, 9500 and Nexus.  Experience with setting up and troubleshooting OSPF routing.  Strong knowledge in buildup and upkeep of network security firewalls.  Strong experience with Fortigate and/or Palo Alto firewalls.  Experience with mid to large size companies Bachelors Degree  Cisco Nexus experience  Prior experience with an acquisition null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
