JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to lead our rapid! OnDemand sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. As the Sr. Dir. of Earned Wage Access sales, you will be responsible for cultivating new opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, fostering a culture of excellence within the sales organization.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Territory Managers to accomplish assigned results for growth and revenue objectives.

Serve as a management leader in developing partnerships and solutions.

Mentor, motivate and inspire individual Relationship Territory to improve their sales skills, Green Dot knowledge, competitive knowledge, and overall performance.

Participate and contribute to the Strategic Planning process by representing the needs of the organization and the competitive challenges in the marketplace.

Lead increase of line of business and constantly communicate with Sr. leadership on updates.

Promote competitive intelligence gathering.  Share information gathered from the marketplace with the company and sales team. 

Act as leader of the creation and administration of the business go to market strategy, commission program, production quotas and other sales policies.

Control expenses and lower cost to acquire.

Advocate the needs of the team, individual team members and customers with management and other departments within Green Dot. 

Maintain a work environment for the sales representatives based on fair, ethical, open and honest treatment and foster open communication with Enrollment Teams, Corporate Business Development, Strategic Accounts, Channel Sales, and other Green Dot Divisions.

Use Office and field time to build associate skills and professionalism in representing Green Dot through coaching of presentation, prospecting, skills and overcoming objections.  Use of the sales tools (Salesforce, phone, email and other forms of communication) to reinforce these performance standards.

Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.

10+ years professional sales/relationship management skills

Proven ability to manage a successful team, divisional budget, including pricing to ensure revenue targets are met.

Strong organizational and PC skills required.

Ability to work independently out of a home-based office.

Proven performer in a collaborative, team environment

Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.

Track record of success in commercial payments sales or prepaid card industry.

Ability and willingness to travel as required.  A minimum of 50% travel.

Able to comfortably speak in front of customers and groups on prepaid and rapid! products and services.

Ability to interact with Sr. Executives and major customers.

Proficiency in shaping operations and strategy for the team for short to long term goals.

Ability to influence others outside of won job area.

Must be resourceful in balancing solicitation of new business in the corporate market. Needs to be creative in helping Territory Managers uncover customer needs and prove Green Dot’s value using analytical tools and sales strategies in field.
