The Senior Project Manager may be required to lead and manage both large sized divisional programs, as well as programs requiring multidivisional collaboration while navigating at a higher level of executive management with the client as well as internally.Principle Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage all phases of the project/program, including RFP, order confirmations, sales orders, detailing, purchasing, production, delivery and installationDevelop and manage critical project/program timelines by first obtaining customer approval for said timelines and monitoring the process through to completion providing updates and adjustments where necessaryReview and approve all design/detail architectural fixture drawings prior to release to customerActively manage customer inventories and re-ordersMonitor production of project through both physical review of work in process and through review of labor and costing report data.Aid in development of corrective actions where neededAssist in managing finished good inventory related to assigned customerSupport estimating and costing of programs, including the participation in cost reduction programsPursue revenue and gross margin growth in partnership with Sales and OperationsCollaborate with multidivisional teams and international vendors in order to meet customer's needs while maintaining Quality and Cost Savings as a priortiy Embody what it means to be an idX Project Manager, ensure that you become an Extension of your Customer's team and constantly work with Customer Advocacy at the forefront of your mindKnowledgeable of competitor's capabilities, capacities, core competencies and weaknessesKnowledgeable of all idX division's capabilities and must have the ability to effectively communicate these to clients in order to promote idXMay be required to oversee Project Administrators and Project Coordinators and Junior Level Project ManagersMay be required to be involved in the recruiting process by training staff, evaluating employee performance, and recommending promotions, transfers and disciplinary actionAbility to travel to clients, vendors, jobsites and partner divisionals to professional represent and make competent decisions that benefit idXQualifications10+ years working in a Project Management capacity, preferably in the consumer environments industry (fast food store fixtures)Must have a proven ability to create and maintain spreadsheets utilizing MS Office Programs such as Work and ExcelAn understanding of ERP fundamentals Architectural/Interior Design technical knowledge expertiseMust be able to work independently while multi-taskingAbility to express oneself professionally utilizing both verbal and written communicationsOrganizational skills and a team player mentality is criticalUnparralleled Customer Service FocusExposure working on multimillion dollar accounts in a support capacityProven ability to lead large sized programs from concept through to completion Proven ability to lead and successfully manage programs across various geographic areasDemonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate a project management team, including project coordinators and Project Managers 1 and 2
Salary Pay Range: $75,000 - 90,000 annually dependent on experience*
