Responsibilities + Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software + Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically + Recommend hardware and software improvements + Track customer issues and resolutions + Responsible for use of company or own vehicle for transportation of company equipment to and from various customer locations. Education/Qualifications + 1 - 5 years' experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields + Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Excellent written communication skills are essential to success. + Familiarity with the following hardware/software platforms: + Windows Server Platform + Microsoft Active Directory Platform + Microsoft Active Directory Platform + Microsoft SharePoint Server + VMware / Hyper-V Virtualization Platform + Microsoft Office Applications + Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills + Positive and professional demeanor For this role, the compensation range for candidates in California is ($19/hr-$29/hr) . Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
