Responsibilities Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and softwareResolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronicallyRecommend hardware and software improvementsTrack customer issues and resolutionsResponsible for use of company or own vehicle for transportation of company equipment to and from various customer locations. Education/Qualifications 1 - 5 years' experience in IT, customer service, or other related fieldsAbility to communicate clearly and concisely. Excellent written communication skills are essential to success.Familiarity with the following hardware/software platforms:Windows Server PlatformMicrosoft Active Directory PlatformMicrosoft Active Directory PlatformMicrosoft SharePoint ServerVMware / Hyper-V Virtualization PlatformMicrosoft Office ApplicationsStrong troubleshooting and critical thinking skillsPositive and professional demeanorFor this role, the compensation range for candidates in California is ($50k - $78k) . Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. FTI has a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
