He/She will Cover SLA in terms of Remote Service Support for all Dematic Italy circular sorter installed base mainly on Europe Level and partially on Global level and will Maximizing Customer Satisfaction by Remote Troubleshooting and RCA, reporting on most effective and efficient way.

The Remote Service Engineer is going to work on: ​

Remote Troubleshooting related to Dematic Italy Sorter Installed BaseRoot Cause AnalysisFeedback to customers through failure report and Follow up of failuresRemote monitoring and analysis of system performance and reliabilityFinding and development of improvementsMonitoring and Mapping the sitesPredictive MaintenanceAccording to the indication of CoE team leaders to prepare software changesRemote support CoE engineers when requestedPrepare and monitor sorter statistics on live systemProvide remote support to specific critical customers during ramp-up phaseProvide 24h remote support for CSProvide customer recommendations in terms of MaintenanceCheck customer satisfaction

Who are we looking for?
A  candidate with the following features:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roleExperience on troubleshooting and problem-solving methodologyAvailability to work on shiftsKnowledge on SW programming (C/C++ software experience)Knowledge on real time OSAbility to read electrical and mechanical drawingsHealth and Safety awarenessKnowledge of Microsoft Office packagePLC Programmer  & Siemens TIA PortalElectrical/Mechanical/Control knowledge in Industrial environment
