Remote Systems Engineer III - INTL - United Kingdom
Job Description One of the largest Automotive Retailers in the world is seeking a Systems Engineer. As a Systems Engineer, you will be part of our global Systems and Endpoint Engineering team. As a member of that team, you will be responsible for our on-prem server infrastructure (VMWare), storage, backup solutions, scripting & automations, as well as managing user accounts and resolving authentication issues. You will also work closely with our Service Desk team to handle and troubleshoot Tier II and III level tickets through Zendesk, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Your role involves fully troubleshooting some tickets, granting necessary permissions to end users, and diagnosing issues to their root cause. For complex problems, you will either fix them or escalate to the appropriate team. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role.
