An Insurtech client is seeking a fully remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier personal lines P&C agents to support our rapid growth. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the personal lines P&C insurance industry.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.

Skills and Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting
Experience recruiting in the P&C Insurance Industry (Insurance Producers, Insurance Agents, etc)
Experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred) Experience recruiting for a non-captive agency null
