UI/UX Design Lead ( Pega Constellation + Angular ) :
- Develop and define scalable UI/UX library and comprehensive design framework for enterprise applications
- Establish and maintain design standards for both internal Pega UIs and external client-facing interfaces
- Structure and optimize internal Pega screens through collaboration with business teams
- Design and implement external presentation layer using Angular while ensuring seamless Pega integration
Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :
- Experience in UI/UX design for enterprise applications
- Experience with Pega UI design, particularly Constellation framework
- Experience in Angular development and front-end design principles
- Experience creating and implementing UI component libraries and design systems
- Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning and iterative design
