The Compliance Learning Coordinator will assist in the development, implementation, and management of compliance training programs. This role involves supporting various departments to ensure that all employees understand and adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Reporting experience and expert-level Excel knowledge are crucial for this role.
Collaborate with the compliance team to identify training needs and address compliance issues.
Identify all current compliance learning assignments and create an updated inventory of required compliance learning for all colleagues globally.
Build compliance learning pathways and assignment groups within the Learning Management System.
Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs for special projects.
Prepare and analyze reports on training outcomes and compliance metrics using advanced Excel skills.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvements.
Stay informed about the latest developments in compliance regulations and best practices.
