The role

As a champion for the preferred patient pathway, you will successfully promote this to healthcare professionals to ensure all dialysis patients are able to access the right therapy at the right time in the right place according to their individual needs and circumstances. Working together with healthcare professionals within Renal Units with a focus on peritoneal dialysis, you will drive clinical practice efficiencies and effectiveness, along with the appropriate use of therapies/products in line with ABPI Code of Practice.

What you'll be doling

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key external stakeholders (e.g. clinical professionals, procurement teams etc) whilst driving quality improvement opportunities for the patient & hospital.Delivering clinical messaging about the renal therapies, key differentiators, and services effectively through an evidence-based approach.Achieve sales targets and qualitative business objectives for the assigned therapy as defined by the Commercial team and aligned with the territory Account Manager.Support the marketing team with the rollout of new product launches, key marketing campaigns & activities, by delivering effective clinical messaging and provide customer feedback for continuous improvementLead and facilitate peer-to-peer networking opportunities across the territory for renal staff to encourage best in class evidence-based practice.Maintain up-to-date customer records through effective and timely use of our Customer Relationship Management Tool.Be the subject matter expert by maintaining continuous professional development & knowledge of the therapy environment, products, therapies and their application.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Marketing, Medical Affairs) to identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders in the renal therapy areas both regionally and nationally.Deliver internal training activities as subject matter experts to drive clinical excellence amongst the renal team (e.g. sales, customer services).

KnowledgeGood knowledge of clinical therapies, ideally in a peritoneal dialysis settingGood practice knowledge and principles of delivering clinical education

Job RequirementsTravel mainly across the territory of West Midlands and Wales with occasionally travelling outside this geographical areaOvernight stays on occasion
