Job details We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic insurance team, preferably with an active Property & Causality license.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for retention of existing aircraft insurance customers in a fast-paced, high volume insurance agency. ... - Maintain retention of existing customers in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with underwriters at multiple insurance companies by phone and email to obtain insurance quotes and issue renewal policies.
- Respond to internet requests for quotes, and following up on quoted but not renewed customers.
- Explain insurance coverages and offer insurance advice to prospective and existing customers.
- Maintains records according to Agency standards, ensuring that procedures are properly followed and that information is properly documented.
- Develop strong personal relationships with insurance carrier personnel.
- Responsible for meeting individual and team monthly sales and quality goals.
- Review quotes for gaps and assists with inquiries from the carrier.
- Attend training and seek self-directed learning to continue education in industry and technical knowledge.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Property and Casualty License preferred, applicants who do not have a current P&C license will be considered but will be required to obtain their license.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Active Property & Causality license
- Proficient in providing client service through electronic, telephone, and in-person interaction
- Strong problem solving skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in use of Agency Management software / demonstrated skill at quickly learning new systems as well as Microsoft Office specifically Excel.
