Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify renewal opportunities for existing SMB customers and develop contract negotiation strategiesEstablish collaborative strategies for Partner Relationship Management and building a renewal sales representative systemProvide training and support for partner renewal sales representativesPlan and execute joint marketing activities to uncover sales opportunitiesSet renewal sales targets and analyze performanceAdjust sales strategies based on market trends and competitor analysisPrepare regular reports on the progress and performance of renewal salesManage customer data and sales activity records using a CRM system (ex. SFDC)Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in renewal salesOver 10 years of B2B application sales experience, including at least 5 years in SMB salesPreferred experience in constructing renewal sales and partner sales systemsProficiency in CRM software (ex.
