**HIRING APARTMENT RENO TECHS** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Reno Techs to join our team in Santa Ana. You will work in teams of two to renovate vacant apartments. Your tasks will include basic plumbing such as changing faucets and showerheads, basic electrical work including installing ceiling fans, basic carpentry tasks such as installing baseboards and door casings, and basic drywall repair including patching holes and replacing sections of drywall. **Tools Required:** + Skilsaw, sawzall, cordless drill or impact, finish nailgun, grinder **Hard Skills** + Carpentry + Electrical + Plumbing + Drywall Repair **Work Environment** All positions are 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM.
