Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will take the lead in managing and motivating your project team to deliver best-in-class construction services. You will be the driving force in achieving project goals and objectives, ensuring successful project completion.
ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.Motivate and lead the project team to achieve project goals.Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Handle project estimation and construction documents.Oversee historical renovation projects.Essential SkillsA minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a commercial general contractor.Project management skills.Construction management expertise.Experience in commercial construction.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Project coordination skills.Proficiency in estimation and handling construction documents.Additional Skills & QualificationsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Work Environment
Work will be mostly conducted in the office with some visits to job sites. This role offers a great opportunity to work with a growing company that has a strong client base.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00
