'What You'll Do

As a Rental Agent, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful guide our customers turn to when renting their vehicles. You’ll manage the entire process from start to finish, ensuring each experience is smooth, seamless, and stress-free. You’ll:

• Quotes cost of rental car, based on rates, estimated mileage, and the requested insurance coverage.
• Prepare all rental contracts and return documents accurately and completely.
• Explains all policies and procedures
• Offer assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc.
• Review all charges at the time of vehicle return.
• Check vehicle upon return to assess any damage charges.
• Other customer service-related duties as required, to ensure the best quality customer experience.
