For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM 2024 Employee Benefits (https://www.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/2024-Recruitment-Frontline-11.6.23.pdf) | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Basic Qualifications:** • Must be 21 years of age or older • Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license • No experience required and on the job training provided • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required. **Preferred Qualifications:** • One (1) year of similar work experience. **Responsibilities:** • Cleans and maintains rental cars by vacuuming, cleaning windows, wiping down interior and utilizing air freshener • Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners in order to prevent damage • May remove stains from carpet and other interior surfaces using chemicals and cleaning solutions • Gathers and empties trash • Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and possibly checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created • Drives vehicles while in the course of performing cleaning work • Notify management concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to facility • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities REQNUMBER: 107805 All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
