**Overview** The Rental Car Driver drives vehicles to and from assigned locations. Depending on the contractual need, this could be around an airport or rental car facility. Must have ability and experience driving various sized vehicles, large and small (pickup trucks, passenger vans, etc). Valid Drivers license and pass background and drug screen. SCHEDULE IS THURSDAY - MONDAY (SUN 1:00pm - 9:30pm) THURS - SAT 7:15AM - 4:30PM. Transport vehicles with team of drivers to and from E. Elmhurst NY and Airports. Must be punctual. Must be punctual. • Drive vehicles within and/or between rental locations • Inspect vehicles on a regular basis to find any unsafe conditions or maintenance issues • Report incidents or claims to Operations Manager or Shift Lead • Drive small and large passenger vehicles (SUV’s, Van, Pickups, etc.) • Perform pre-inspection and post-inspection activities to ensure proper operating conditions, compliance with proper safety standards A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
