RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Lead your team to ensure all daily responsibilities and assigned tasks are completed to performance standardsProvide training and ongoing development for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge for successFoster strong team building through goal setting, motivation, and follow-up to achieve targetsEnhance team communication and collaboration to optimize performanceMeet and exceed departmental goals, including conversion targets and lead generationInstill a sense of ownership in employees, addressing any issues that arise with professionalism and careClearly communicate the company’s purpose, core values, and vision to your teamEnsure employees adhere to their schedules and carry out their tasks efficientlyContinuously identify opportunities to increase sales and profitabilityFacilitate cross-functional communication to improve working conditions and teamworkActively participate in weekly and monthly meetings to review team performance and goalsDocument and report on each team member’s performance, ensuring targets are met and exceededPerform other related duties as assigned to support business needs

QUALIFICATIONS:  

In-depth understanding of customer service strategies and best practicesAt least 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer serviceEffective supervisory skills with excellent communication abilitiesOutstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with othersStrong organizational talents, capable of multitasking efficientlyProven ability to coach, motivate, and lead a teamSkilled at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines across multiple team membersExcellent organizational and planning abilitiesStrong analytical and listening skills to understand and address needs effectivelyMultilingual abilities (French, Portuguese, Hebrew, German, etc.) are a plus!Valid driver’s license with a CLEAN record-REQUIRED
