​Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Open & close Rental AgreementsInspect vehicles as they leave and returnCollect information on any auto claims that ariseFiling all documents for the Rental Office & Service DepartmentAnswer incoming calls and email leads for rentalsAssist service department when needed on calls & customer serviceMiscellaneous small duties to assist other departments at the dealership when neededOther duties as assigned.

Here’s what you’ll need:

At least 1 year of experience in a dealership service department preferred1 or more years of previous customer service experience requiredExcellent communication and customer service skillsPositive attitude and high energyHigh level of customer service and record of customer satisfaction preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalentA valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
