Description We are seeking a Rental Manager to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our rental department, ensuring the smooth running of rental processes and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position provides a contract to hire employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the rental process from equipment availability to delivery and return • Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition • Develop and implement efficient rental procedures and policies • Monitor rental inventory and manage equipment logistics • Serve as the primary point of contact for rental clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions • Manage and mentor a team of rental coordinators and support staff • Ensure all rental operations comply with company policies and industry regulations • Implement and enforce safety procedures to prevent accidents and equipment damage • Identify opportunities for expanding the rental business and increasing market share • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote rental services and attract new clients • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities • Develop and manage the rental department budget • Monitor rental rates and adjust pricing strategies as needed • Prepare and analyze reports on rental performance and profitability. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required. • Experience with Concur is preferable. • Familiarity with CRM systems is necessary. • Strong data processing skills are essential. • Knowledge of About Time software is an asset. • Experience in answering inbound calls is desired. • Familiarity with buying processes is a plus. • Skills in inbound sales are necessary.
