As a Rental Sales Rep at Foley Equipment, you will be responsible for creating, growing, and maintaining relationships with our valued customers while strategically expanding our market share in your assigned area. We are seeking someone with a good attitude, a sense of urgency, and a strong customer service orientation. You should be a go-getter who is organized, resilient, and courageous enough to cold call on job sites and seize sales opportunities.
Base Pay + Competitive Commission Structure allowing you the opportunity to earn approximately $75,000 - $100,000/year. The majority of your earnings will come from performance-based commission opportunities, allowing you to significantly boost your total compensation based on results. This structure offers a strong incentive for high performers, with the potential for substantial earnings based on your efforts.
What You Will Do in This Role:
Strategically manage and maximize sales opportunities through direct customer interaction. Deliver industry-leading customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Analyze customer needs and provide expert guidance on equipment selection. Help customers identify specifications regarding equipment to meet their unique requirements. Consult with customers to answer inquiries and resolve any concerns they may have. Effectively manage the customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and nurture customer interactions. Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers and build long-term relationships based on trust and mutual benefit. Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to initiate engaging conversations. Previous experience in outside sales, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication skills, both verbally and in written form, enabling effective interaction with customers. Ability to drive and valid license required
What Will Put You Ahead:
Previous rental sales experience, especially in the construction industry. In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, including equipment and various phases of job sites. Hands-on experience in the construction industry, providing you with a deeper understanding of customer needs. Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English, enabling you to cater to a wider range of customers.
