Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.** **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Assist the Service Technician at FRC Rental Shop (Cumming, GA) with the refurbishment of rental units + Troubleshoot a variety of Industrial WWTE and resolve mechanical, electrical, and performance issues + Assist customers on the phone and/or in the field with troubleshooting equipment + Prepare detailed reports related to site visits, equipment problems/concerns/recommendations **To succeed in this role, you will need:** + 2 years of technical trade or equivalent experience + Ability to travel 50-60% of the time to perform service-related tasks at customer sites + Course work or prior verifiable work experience with installing, troubleshooting and/or repairing electrical/pneumatic/automated/industrial equipment + Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use various hand/power tools to install/maintain equipment + Knowledge of electrical components and understanding of electrical current flow with ability to identify and troubleshoot the same + Ability to read and follow blueprints, machine drawings, and electrical drawings + Knowledge of automated machine controls preferred + Must possess a valid driver’s license and have the ability to qualify for a US Passport + Proficient in the use of computers and MS Office suite + Flexibility with working hours while on project sites (some customers will require 2nd or 3rd shift assistance) **What we offer you:** + An innovative, vibrant, and agile culture + Opportunities to develop as a professional and grow in areas of your interest from a world-class, progressive international company\ + A competitive salary and robust company bonus plan + 12 paid holidays plus additional PTO and company paid time off to volunteer + Comprehensive benefits program + Retirement 401K plan matching with additional match benefits available after 1 year No visa or work permit support can be provided for this role **Do you have a question about the role?** **Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
