Rental Supervisor
**Job Title: Rental Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the Onsite Agent team at TPA Airport. The candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the vehicle return process, ensuring adequate staffing across shifts, and overseeing the performance and training of agents. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with both our and partner teams to ensure seamless operations while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. **Responsibilities** + Manage shift schedules, adjust staffing levels, and coordinate with HR for coverage. + Ensure smooth daily operations, address process bottlenecks, and collaborate with internal and partner teams. + Train and onboard new agents, monitor team performance, and provide ongoing coaching. + Review and approve weekly hours for payroll accuracy, and monitor overtime compliance. + Handle escalated customer issues and system-related problems, and escalate when necessary. + Ensure adherence to safety protocols and labor laws, and manage the use of PPE. + Submit weekly operational reports on performance, staffing, and challenges. + Oversee the availability and maintenance of necessary equipment and supplies. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in operations or customer service roles. + Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with experience managing shift schedules and workforce needs. + Technical proficiency with mobile devices (iPads) and communication tools (Slack, email). + Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capability to coach and mentor a diverse team. + Experience with performance management, KPI tracking, and process improvement initiatives. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment, including standing for long periods and performing vehicle inspections. + Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer service. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Customer service experience + Management skills + Personnel management + Operations management **Why Work Here?** This role offers a great sense of ownership, with the opportunity to lead a team on site at TPA Airport.
