IAA, an RB Global, Inc. company is seeking a Title Service Representative to join our team in Latham, NY

In this role, you will perform document management within customer timelines and provide clerical support to title specialists. Accurate and timely handling and scanning of incoming and outgoing mail, filing, data entry, and transmittal creation are critical duties to support title center metrics and success. 

Key Accountabilities:

Provide a variety of support services in a title center office environment Process orders and assignments, including logging and tracking of mail Open incoming mail and prepare packages Send keys and documents to branches and providers, document file notes, and create transmittals Scan and enter documents and data into computer system same day received. File and pull documents in correct numerical order Set up new records and maintain existing records. Match records by comparing data points Communicate through email and system notes Follow well-established procedures and under the close direction of the supervisor Open to learning automobile titling Help with other office functions as needed

 Education Experience: 

HS Diploma or equivalent experience 0-2 years of related work experience Driver's License Required 18+ age requirement

 

New York Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is between $16.00 -$20.00 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications.
