WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalentSchedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights and weekendsLanguage: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Preferred Qualifications

Experience: 6+ months of billing customer support experience; 1+ year heavy volume phone experience in a call center or customer service capacityTechnical Skills: MS Office, computer skillsSkills: Communication, organization, time management, typing, customer serviceAbilities: Problem-solving, professionalism, multi-tasking, resilience
