Interacting with customers through our web-based chat platformEffectively handling questions and concerns related to video, Internet, and phone products and servicesAddressing advanced technical inquiries using diagnostic tools to keep communications and technology services runningCoordinating customer service escalations with local management to determine the need for a field technician visitTaking pride in resolving customer service inquiries, processing orders, and documenting account actions while creating best-in-class customer experience

Required Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalentSchedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidaysLanguage: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Preferred Qualifications

Experience: 1+ year customer service experience; 6+ months working with computers and multiple software applications; experience in cable or telecommunications call centersTechnical Skills: MS Office and personal computer skillsSkills: Communication, dependability, multi-tasking, typing, customer serviceAbilities: Problem-solving, critical thinking, attention to detail, tech savvy, resilient
