Repack Associate
**Job Title: Manufacturing/Repackaging Clerk** **Job Description** As a Manufacturing/Repackaging Clerk, you will be responsible for collaborating with the team to produce high-quality products according to work order requirements in a timely and safe manner. Utilizing production tools and equipment, you will perform in-process checks and inspections to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize product cost, material variances, and production efficiencies. **Responsibilities** + Pull and inspect raw material received from the warehouse against work order. + Review work order instructions and associated SDS to ensure adherence to specified ratios, parameters, and material handling and PPE. + Prepare and package finished goods as per work order/instructions, including accurate measurement of component weights. + Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner. + Provide support and help to other team members as appropriate. + Tear down, clean, and return equipment used upon completion of the work order. + Follow all company procedures and policies, and ensure safety is priority #1. + Perform other duties as required. **Essential Skills** + Excellent ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with all levels of staff. + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. + Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and targets. + Ability to weigh and measure raw materials and work order components. + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks. + Ability to function well in a high-paced environment. + Able to safely use equipment designed to move material including dollies, pallet jacks, and forklift. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Preferred: One year of related experience. **Why Work Here?** You will work in an amazing climate-controlled facility with a supportive and collaborative team. Protective clothing and eyewear are required when handling chemicals and dry ice, with a lifting requirement of up to 40 lbs.
