**Job Title: Manufacturing/Repackaging Clerk** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing/Repackaging Clerk to join our team. The role involves collaborating with the entire team to produce high-quality products as per work order requirements in a timely and safe manner. You will utilize production tools and equipment and perform in-process checks and inspections to ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires someone who can perform equipment set-up and process adjustments to optimize product cost, material variances, and production efficiencies. **Responsibilities** + Pull and inspect raw material received from warehouse against work order. + Review work order instructions and associated SDS to ensure adherence to specified ratios, parameters, and material handling and PPE. + Prepare and package finished goods as per work order/instructions, including accurate measurement of component weights. + Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner. + Provide support and help to other team members as appropriate. + Tear down, clean, and return equipment used upon completion of the work order. + Follow all company procedures and policies, ensuring safety is priority #1. + Perform other duties as required. **Essential Skills** + Excellent ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with all levels of staff. + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. + Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and targets. + Ability to weigh and measure raw materials and work order components. Understands tare weight versus net weight. + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks. + Ability to function well in a high-paced environment. + Able to safely use equipment designed to move material including dollies, pallet jacks, and forklift, as required. **Work Environment** This position is in a manufacturing environment but at a desk where you can sit. The work is very repetitive and can have a faint smell, so it is essential for candidates to be comfortable with these conditions.
