Inviting applications for the role of – Repack Planner – Senior Process Associate – English– Remote PL
Key Accountabilities:
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of the repack tasks in scope with a strong ownership mindset, resolving and coordinating all ad-hoc issues.
• Repack Packaging Material Planning and obsoletes management.
• Regular Communication with Repack Service and Packaging Material Suppliers, CDP and MSP, and the market Repack Teams.
Key Responsibilities
The resource would be part of the Repack Planning team and would be independently working to:
• Repack Packaging Material Planning including purchase order management and follow-up on over-/under-delivery and delays.
• Ensures the availability of packaging materials, manually updating volumes from the business case if the forecast is not in place.
• Highlights potential supply risks and communicates them to relevant stakeholders.
• Product Master Data Management for repack packaging material.
• Request and extend MRDR codes for packaging materials.
• Request Packaging Material Contract Updates and Extensions for Repack packaging material contracts.
• Maintaining List of Repack Packaging Materials.
• Obsoletes Management.
• Reviewing packaging material inventory projections to address slow-moving inventory.
• Invoice Mismatch Resolution for repack packaging material purchase orders.
• Supporting the creation of Repack Manuals and communicating to repack suppliers.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• University degree
• Strong knowledge of demand and supply planning processes such as base lining, best fit modeling, forecast enrichment, outlier correction, promotions, events, trend, forecast lags, forecast accuracy/bias etc.
• Good knowledge of various statistical forecasting and inventory optimization techniques
• Functional experience in forecasting tools such as Kinaxis, SAP APO, Demantra etc.
• Understanding of database management and any ERP architecture preferably in demand and/or Supply planning
• Knowledge of key inventory performance metrics: inventory turns, service levels, safety stock, classes of inventory etc.
• Experience in managing phase in phase out products
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to interact at senior leadership levels across the business.
