As a Repair and Overhaul Technician, you will perform teardowns, overhauls, and functional testing of various repair station products and items. Your role is essential in ensuring that all repair work is performed according to procedures and the correct document revisions. You will assist in the development and implementation of product improvement initiatives, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair shop equipment as required. Completing necessary training to maintain the knowledge and skills required for job performance is also part of the job. Additionally, you will document all repairs and re-certifications of equipment according to regulatory, customer, and departmental requirements. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed, and regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required. You may need to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and additional hours as necessary.
