The role
As a Repair Coordinator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. As the Repair Coordinator you will support the Repair- Supply Chain Manager by overseeing and planning repair activities within the project’s scope plan.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll coordinate with various departments, ensuring timely and efficient repairs, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Maintain accurate records of all repair and maintenance activities including survey reports and approvals.

 

 

Manage the relationship between the customer to ensure that unserviceable assets are returned in a timely manner Engage with repair agents and logistics providers to maintain visibility of assets throughout the entire supply chain loop, ensuring they are accounted for and delivered in a timely fashion Identify appropriate repair agents for new repairable Load and track assets onto SAP system

 

This role is full time OR part time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office/onsite and days working from home.

 

Essential experience of the Repair Coordinator:

Supply Chain Management experience, preferably on a European level. A basic understanding of heavy vehicle construction and assemblies

 

Qualifications for the Repair Coordinator:

Level 3 qualification relevant to Supply Chain or equivalent

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
