Repair & Maintenance Supervisor - Intervention Services & Drilling Tools (ISDT)

As Repair & Maintenance Supervisor for Intervention Services & Drilling Tools (ISDT) you will provide support to the workshop operations, from receiving goods, to equipment load outs for ISDT jobs, onshore & offshore, control of paperwork, including delivery tickets & certification, to provide comprehensive maintenance & maintenance records of all ISDT tools and the general up-keep & improvement of the workshop area, complying with all Weatherford ISDT workshop procedures & safety guidelines.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Receiving, identifying, and storing ISDT tool & equipment Ensuring paperwork delivery tickets, import documents are filed correctly Skill in establishing and maintaining filing system. Load outs based on Fishing Services Manager/Operations Manager & Customer request Receiving & checking load outs & back loads from rig site with correct paperwork Arranging and tracking equipment for inspection and maintenance, raising work order requests Monitor Redress of all ISDT tools and keeping comprehensive records of fishing report/certificates Keeping the general maintenance of the workshop & promoting safety awareness Attend all pre-job & post job safety meetings Participating in annual stock and inventory counts Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are capable and deemed competent to fulfil these. Knowledge of relevant API standards and work as per standards Complete assigned computer-based training as per the predetermined Learning Plan. Assemble, disassemble rental equipment per work instructions Identify and use all measurement equipment as per calibration log and work instruction Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality to increase efficiency. Assist in the shop and make deliveries when available Must attend all required safety training. Required to work on a 24 hours call basis. Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions. Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford. Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level. Must be able to travel for extended periods of time. Performs other duties and activities safely as assigned by the supervisor within physical constraints of the job
Required
Minimum 10 years Fishing & Re-entry experience within a Workshop environment is essential Minimum 3-5 years supervisory level is required Fluent English written and verbal Good communication skills Will to relocateQualification:
