Job Description **Mold Masters** is looking for a **Repair Operator** to join our team at our new facility site in **Phoenix, AZ.** The Manufacturing / Operations Job Family Group is responsible for manufacturing and/or production operations, including assembly, machinery, processing and/or packaging. Sets production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality. The Repair Job Family is responsible for performing complete operation checkout, modification, disassembly, repair, reassembly, test calibration, diagnosis, and correction of problems. Follows repair and return processes to ensure high quality and short cycle time of repair and return. Sets up necessary repair and test facilities.
