International has an exciting opportunity for a Repair Strategy Program Manager to join our team at the headquarters in Lisle, IL. The Repair Strategy Program Manager defines the repair strategy that will be taken for different components to ensure the correct level of repair is achieved without over repairing with a focus on future product. Analyzes Service Repair Times (SRT), Parts, Tools and Training and creates a data driven decision on which is the best for our customers. This position is the data bridge between multiple areas of Aftersales to make the repair strategy consistent across the organization.

Responsibilities Manages new vehicle programs to define the repair strategyParticipates in new program concept sheet reviewsVirtual architecture reviewsCreate presentations to illustrate Risks/Issues, and adherence to program timelinesWorks cross functionally with program teams, product development, service engineering, and the fieldCompetitive and Internal Service Benchmarking including but not limited to:Perform reviews on internal and external competitive best practicesPerform on vehicle reviewsPerform Service Repair Time BenchmarkingUtilize benchmarking results to influence and incorporate into repair strategy Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 5 years of technical service engineering, automotive service or truck service experience

OR

Master’s degreeAt least 3 years of technical service engineering, automotive service or truck service experience

OR

At least 7 years of technical service engineering, automotive service or truck service experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
