International has an exciting opportunity for a Repair Strategy Program Manager to join our team at the headquarters in Lisle, IL. The Repair Strategy Program Manager defines the repair strategy that will be taken for different components to ensure the correct level of repair is achieved without over repairing with a focus on future product. Analyzes Service Repair Times (SRT), Parts, Tools and Training and creates a data driven decision on which is the best for our customers. This position is the data bridge between multiple areas of Aftersales to make the repair strategy consistent across the organization.
