Repair Supervisor – Manufacturing

We have partnered with a long-standing client in search of a Repair Supervisor for their repair facility in Regina. Primary Responsibilities:Foster a productive workplace and adhere to organizational culture.Use and teach Daily Management System processes to identify and address obstacles.Communicate Plant KPI’s and their impact on the team.Lead and coach direct reports, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met.Assign work, evaluate performance, and ensure required certifications and training.Enforce safety, regulatory, and customer standards; manage supply spend and waste.Conduct performance evaluations, manage attendance, and facilitate Toolbox meetings.Perform inspections and handle labour scheduling.Desired Skills and Expertise:Management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility is mandatory.Knowledge of railcar repair techniques and relevant regulations is a plus.Welding experience is considered an asset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proven safety record.Strong decision-making, leadership, and collaboration skills.Positive attitude, ability to achieve results, and work independently.Valid Driver’s license and ability to work in various environmental conditions.Benefits:Comprehensive group benefits (dental, vision, life insurance).Pension and retirement savings plans.Personal rebates for fitness, computers, and education.10-hour shifts, Monday to Thursday.
