Summary: Seeking a Repair Technician to inspect, repair, test, and calibrate electronic instruments ensuring they meet quality standards.
Job Requirements:
Associate degree or applicable technical degree
1 year of experience with product repair/service of complex electronic products
Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings
Proficient in electromechanical system troubleshooting and repair to component level
Excellent soldering skills and knowledge of soldering techniques
Experience with product test & calibration methods
Experience working safely with high voltages
Preferred Skills:
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Job Responsibilities:
Inspect, repair, test, calibrate, and install assemblies and finished products
Perform activities based on instructions, drawings, or other manufacturing information
Follow established procedures/work instructions
Handle materials according to procedures
Maintain job progress and communicate problem areas
Perform basic electrical circuit analysis including Analog, Power, High Voltage, and Digital circuits
Set up and use measurement & test equipment for troubleshooting electronic products
Determine root cause of failure and complete subsequent repairs using hand tools
Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
