Repair Technician
**Job Title: Repair Technician** **Job Description** You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of electronic devices, ensuring they are restored to full functionality. The role requires hands-on work with components like capacitors, resistors, and integrated circuits (ICs), using diagnostic tools and test equipment. **Responsibilities** + Identify faults and malfunctioning components in electronic devices through systematic troubleshooting, using diagnostic equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators. + Perform repairs and replacements of individual electronic components such as capacitors, resistors, ICs, and transistors. Ensure repairs are made with precision to restore devices to optimal functionality. + Use test equipment to ensure that repaired systems are working within operational specifications. Conduct functional tests and calibrations to meet quality standards. + Perform in-depth analysis of faulty devices to determine the root cause of the issue and recommend corrective actions to prevent future failures. + Maintain detailed records of repairs, including diagnostics, parts replaced, and any relevant observations. Document repairs for future reference and quality control purposes. + Work closely with production and other technical teams to communicate repair status, challenges, and provide feedback on potential product improvements. + Ensure all repairs are performed in compliance with safety standards. Handle electrostatic-sensitive devices (ESD) and other components with care. The work environment is an ultrasound repair company, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodinville, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
