Duties/Responsibilities:

Installs new elevators & escalators, including electrical work, wiring, and programming of control systems. Maintains and repairs elevators, escalators, and other vertical transportation equipment. Performs routine maintenance, such as oiling & cleaning mechanical parts, and inspecting safety devices. Responds to emergency calls and makes repairs quickly and efficiently. Updates and maintains records of repairs and maintenance performed. Conducts safety audits and ensures that all equipment meets safety standards and regulations. Stays current with advancements in elevator technology and industry regulations. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Certified Elevator Technician degree or Elevator Mechanic License Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must be available to work on an on-call basis in cases of emergency
