Repair Technician
**Job Title: Repair Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a Repair Technician for our Depot, Repair & Overhaul shop in Mesa. This role requires regular and predictable attendance. The technician will be responsible for interpreting assembly drawings, process specifications, and technical manuals, inspecting and verifying dimensions and clearances of parts, and utilizing tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Maintaining a safe and organized work area is crucial, as is a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow. **Responsibilities** + Analyze parts to determine necessary repairs. + Determine the substrate of each part. + Verify NCR information, serial, and part numbers. + Collaborate with Manufacturing and Liaison Engineers for planning and disposition clarification. + Perform hand finishing, stud replacements, bushing replacements, inserts, and some machining. + Touch up various chemicals (e.g., CAD, Tagnite). + Measure parts before, during, and after damage removal to ensure limits are not exceeded. + Identify and remove various forms of corrosion. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude + Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair + Education typically acquired through basic education (e.g., high school diploma or GED) **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Aviation skills experience is a plus **Why Work Here?** Joining our team means working in a dynamic and supportive environment where professional growth and development are encouraged. You will be part of a team dedicated to maintaining high standards of repair and overhaul for the Apache program. **Job Type & Location** This is position based out of Mesa, Arizona **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
