**Job Title: Repair Technician** **Job Description** If a server returns a fail or fault during testing, it is sent to the debug and repair department for corrections. Repair technicians will troubleshoot and diagnose faulty servers. Once they've narrowed down the issue to the specific component, they will replace it and send it back to the testing department. Malfunctioning components are documented and returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Repair technicians will also build, test, and troubleshoot all new builds for the assembly line. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and diagnose faulty servers. + Replace identified faulty components and return servers to the testing department. + Document and return malfunctioning components to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. + Build, test, and troubleshoot new builds for the assembly line. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 1 year of related work experience in the electronic or computer industry. + Strong attention to detail. + Good knowledge and understanding of computer hardware. + Experience with computer assembly. + Good written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to stand for extended periods of time. + Ability to lift, push, and/or move up to 50lbs consistently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards are a plus. + High School Diploma or equivalent in a related field, college certificate in a related field, or A+ Certification are a plus. **Why Work Here?** Overtime is never mandatory but there are 10 hours available to pick up each week. **Work Environment** The entire manufacturing area is climate controlled. The testing department is the only area in the facility that requires hearing protection due to noise. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olive Branch, Mississippi. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
