International's Sacramento UTC is looking to fill one open Repair Technician Associate position to work in conjunction with the sales team and vendors to recondition trucks.

Responsibilities

Under supervision and mentorship of the General Manager the individual will:

Receive, Ship, and Organize Trucks on the yardSupport Retail, Wholesale, and National Account SalesTest drive trucksWork directly with vendors for truck reconditioningTransport trucks between service providers for reconditioning and assist with truck deliveriesSet parameters, diagnose CELs, perform forced regens, update ECM/BCM as neededR&R batteries, add fuel, perform minor repairs as neededLearn truck appraisals, inspections and incoming inventory check-insKeep yard and shop area clean and presentableStay abreast of current inventory and participate in its management Minimum Requirements Associate’s degreeAt least 3 years of technical truck/automotive experience

At least 5 years of technical truck/automotive experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills CDL class A or B, or be able to acquire CDLComputer literate, familiar with MS OfficeMechanical aptitude, able to use basic hand toolsBe organized.
