Repair Technician Lead
Position Overview International's Sacramento UTC is looking to fill one open Repair Technician Associate position to work in conjunction with the sales team and vendors to recondition trucks. Responsibilities Under supervision and mentorship of the General Manager the individual will: + Receive, Ship, and Organize Trucks on the yard + Support Retail, Wholesale, and National Account Sales + Test drive trucks + Work directly with vendors for truck reconditioning + Transport trucks between service providers for reconditioning and assist with truck deliveries + Set parameters, diagnose CELs, perform forced regens, update ECM/BCM as needed + R&R batteries, add fuel, perform minor repairs as needed + Learn truck appraisals, inspections and incoming inventory check-ins + Keep yard and shop area clean and presentable + Stay abreast of current inventory and participate in its management Minimum Requirements + Associate’s degree + At least 3 years of technical truck/automotive experience OR + At least 5 years of technical truck/automotive experience Additional Requirements + Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills + CDL class A or B, or be able to acquire CDL + Computer literate, familiar with MS Office + Mechanical aptitude, able to use basic hand tools + Be organized.
