**Job Title: Repair Test Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Repair Test Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and testing various electronic devices. You will document and diagnose issues, perform soldering, and update our ticketing system with relevant information. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently within a cross-functional team. **Responsibilities** + Intake and document customer returns by verifying the correct device was returned and documenting further details about the device. + Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware using diagrams to measure test points with a digital multimeter. + Swap out various pieces of the device with known good pieces to determine the root cause of the issue. + Disassemble and reassemble customer devices. + Perform soldering to rework/repair boards. + Conduct final testing using in-house testing software. + Update documentation in the ticketing system with relevant device and customer information, diagnosis of issues, and resolution of issues. **Essential Skills** + Fine pitch soldering experience. + Experience with electromechanical systems. + 2-3 years of experience in a role requiring a high level of attention to detail. + 2-3 years of general computer knowledge. + 2-3 years of mechanical knowledge, diagnostic testing, and assembly experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with general computer applications. + Ability to assemble and disassemble devices. + Strong attention to detail. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and engaging work environment with a range of morale-boosting events, including holiday events such as Halloween murder mystery parties.
