We're seeking a dedicated Repair Test Technician to join our team and work on cutting-edge avionic products, including ATC, ADF, TCAS, and Audio systems. **What You'll Do:** + Conduct Testing: Perform operational, environmental, and stress testing procedures to ensure strict compliance with standards. + Inspections: Carry out visual inspections, continuity tests, functional tests, and lighting tests. + Utilize Equipment: Use oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and other test equipment to monitor and simulate transmission. + Document Results: Record test results via acceptance test reports, ensuring complete documentation for inspection. + Diagnose & Repair: Identify malfunctions, diagnose failures, and perform basic repairs on defective components (e.g., resistors, capacitors). + Participate in Audits: Engage in audits conducted by clients and Federal Aviation Administration personnel as necessary. **What We're Looking For:** Essential Skills: + Strong electronic theory and troubleshooting skills at the component level. + Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical manuals. + Proficiency in using test equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and specialized avionic test equipment. + Good organizational skills with the ability to support multiple projects and engineers while balancing priorities and schedules. + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
