Departmental Overview Engineering Services is a team of 32 healers. We respond to all Building Maintenance, Plant Operations, Grounds, Construction and Safety calls for all locations. Job Summary Inspects hospital out buildings checking all public areas electrical and mechanical reporting major discrepancies to the supervisor. Checks all lights, plumbing, and HVAC equipment. Inspect doors, walls, and floors reporting and major discrepancies to Lead Engineer/Maintenance. Will cover inhouse Maintenance shift as needed. Qualifications Graduate of a two year vocational program in building maintenance. Two years experience in maintenance will be accepted in lieu of vocational training.
