Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computers, or any related field 6+ years of experience in US healthcare Revenue cycle Management 2+ years of experience as a Reporting / BI Analyst Comprehensive knowledge of data design, data modeling, data management, and data visualization Proficient in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL and advanced Excel Proven solid communication and client management skills Proven analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach Proven to be self-motivated and eager to learn Proven to be a team player and able to lead and initiate Proven ability to interact with business as well as technical teams Proven ability to learn and respond quickly to the fast-changing business environment Proven ability to stay updated with advancements and best practices in design and development Proven ability to multitask and excellent interpersonal skills Proven ability to document process, models, designs, and solutions and able to explain, represent, and discuss with the team Proven ability to apply learned lessons into future solution considerations Proven ability to work in an agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement Willing to work in US timings (3.30PM IST - 1.00AM IST)At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
